Golden Bakery Dearborn Location 3 stars for the sisters without the head covering who were very respectful & to the Hajj fixing my Shawarma tray who did an amazing job. - 2 stars for the Sister wearing a Hijab behind the counter who greeted me with a smile yet her body language greeted me differently. Sweetie Learn to be genuine or don’t greet anyone. Take care. I don’t know if I want to come back, I don’t like my intelligence being tested. Either you show me real respect or tell me I’m not welcome. Be straightforward. Either way speak Truth! Peace

I’m going to be very honest with my review. I’ve been going here for 2 years and the cheese pies are very delicious. In my recent visits, An employee (Arab female) started to disrespect me in a way. As I approached the cash register, she gave me an attitude saying “what do you want†in a very disrespectful tone. I feel like the owner should tell this workers how to speak with their customers.

Delicious meat and cheese pies morning, noon and night! Baklava is heavenly and don't get me started on the cream puffs! Though I did find the Sharma lacking it's just dry meat wrapped in pita.
